About the STAC Show in Dunkirk, NY

Exhibitor Attendance: 600+ (5 yr avg)

Booth Rental Fees: 

INDOOR - $30 per linear foot of store front (space is 10' deep MAX)

OUTDOOR - $250 flat fee (electric/water additional fee paid directly to fairgrounds)

Your Booth Rental Includes:

  • Listing as a "Must See" vendor on show website

  • Link to your web/profile page 

  • Post on the Show's social media channels with info about your products/offerings (you must submit a picture for us to create a post, you will be allowed to review post before publishing)

  • One (1) parking pass good for whole show

  • First dibs on a spot for next year's show

Indoor vendors will be set up in the "Floral Hall" Building, where conformation show rings 2-4 will also be set up. Vendors also have to choice to set up outside (bring your own tent/canopy, booth, trailer, etc.).

Vendors are by invitation only, and are exclusive to the "type" of product or service they specialize in- no duplicate "types". 

Vendors from past shows, please send a $50.00 (USD) non-refundable deposit by March 31st, to secure your spot again.

All interested vendors, please fill out the Vendor Application below. We will contact you after receiving your application to obtain a copy of your Certificate of Insurance. Deadline for reservations is May 1st. 

By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following:

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licensing to lawfully conduct their business in NY State. 

  • Vendors are responsible for paying their own NY State Tax.

  • Vendors will be familiar with AKC's rules of conduct and help create a family-friendly and exhibitor-friendly atmosphere.

  • Vendors will maintain clear walkways and comply with site's safety guidelines.

  • Vendors will not sub-let booth space.

  • Neither the clubs, nor the site location, will be held responsible for your property, security, nor any damage caused to the site by your booth.   

  • No refunds will be given for any reason after deadline date (5/1).

  • Violations of safety, conduct, and/or applicable local/state/federal laws will result in immediate expulsion from show grounds.
