Olean Kennel Club holds monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Olean Kennel Club training facility, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are open to the public, and anyone interested in learning more about the club or considering membership is warmly encouraged to attend.
Our meetings are an important part of club life, giving members and guests the opportunity to stay informed, share ideas, and help shape the future of the club. Meetings are conducted using Robert’s Rules of Order, and all attendees are welcome to ask questions, offer suggestions, and take part in the discussion. Voting on motions is reserved for eligible members in good standing.
Considering Membership? Attending club meetings is one of the best ways to get to know Olean Kennel Club and the people who make it such a welcoming and active community. Membership applicants are required to attend at least two meetings after they submit their application before they can be voted into the club.
More Than Just Business While meetings include the official business of the club, they are also a time for fellowship and camaraderie. Members often share brags about their dogs’ recent accomplishments, celebrate milestones together, and enjoy spending time with fellow dog enthusiasts. From time to time, meetings may also be followed by a presentation, demonstration, or fun club activity.
